If you break my terms of service, you are subject to a warning or blacklist.

Estimated turnaround: Commissions usually take between 1 week and 2 months to complete after payment. The exact timeframe may vary depending on my current workload, your position in the queue, and the size/complexity of your commission.

Delays caused by the client, such as taking a long time to provide references, feedback, or approval, will not count toward the estimated turnaround time.

Major changes must be requested during the sketch stage. Once the sketch has been approved, major alterations may result in an additional fee.

I have some degree of aphantasia, so if you have something specific in mind, please feel free to provide as many visual references as possible! This helps me a lot, especially when it comes to poses, expressions, or compositions that can be difficult for me to visualize mentally.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason, including requests involving subjects or content I am not comfortable working with.

You will be kept updated throughout the production process. Depending on the commission, I may provide updates at the following stages: sketch, lineart, base colors, and finalization.

For simpler commissions, I may choose to complete the piece without showing every stage of the process.

All references and important details must be provided before payment so that I can determine an appropriate and fair price.

Major changes and revisions are only accepted during the sketch stage.

After the sketch has been approved, only minor revisions will be accepted, such as color adjustments, missing elements, or small details that I may have overlooked.

Completely redoing the commission after the sketch has been approved will cost an additional 100% of the original commission price. If the request is made during the sketch or lineart stage, the additional fee will be 40% of the original commission price.

Once the artwork is completed, you may choose to receive the final file via email or another suitable platform, especially if necessary to help preserve the image quality.

You may post your commissioned artwork wherever you wish, as long as proper credit is given to me as the artist.

You may use the artwork for personal purposes, including but not limited to avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal websites or profiles.

You may print or otherwise create physical reproductions of the artwork for personal use only. Physical reproductions may not be sold or used for commercial purposes.

You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes or resale unless this has been discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

You may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, whether commercial or non-commercial, such as T-shirts, mugs, public flyers, merchandise, etc., unless otherwise agreed upon.

You may not claim the artwork as your own.

You may not remove or alter my watermarks, signature, or artwork, or draw over my work without my permission.

You are not authorized to modify, edit, alter, or otherwise use my artwork in a way that changes the original work without my permission.

You are not authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including using it as a base or template.

If you do not want your commission to be posted publicly, please let me know before I begin working on it. Private commissions may be subject to an additional fee.

In the case of an adoptable, you retain the rights to the character design once the adoptable has been purchased. This does not transfer the copyright or ownership of the original artwork itself.

My artwork may not be used to train, develop, or generate content through AI systems. It may also not be used for NFTs or blockchain-related projects.

I retain the copyright and ownership of the artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.

I reserve the right to display completed commissions in my portfolio, social media, or other promotional materials, unless the client requests privacy before the commission is completed.

Purchasing a commission does not transfer the copyright of the artwork to the client.
