By buying from me, owning my designs or using any product, you agree to my terms of service. I am not responsible for any failure to read my terms.

If you break my terms of service, you are subject to a warning or blacklist.

I only start after the full payment or after half of payment plans.

A clear reference is necessary, in case it can't be provided I'll decline the comm.

I have the right to refuse a commision or ask for additional if the character have a complex design.

I don't offer refunds, unless I can't complete the commission, regardless of the reason.

You can edit the art to fix errors or reflect design updates, but do not remove my signature.

U can post my art on other sites, with proper credits.

My art can't be used for A.I.

My art can't be used in comercial use without previously consultation

The character you select for a commission can't be changed post starting the commission.

If you fail to send full payment, in regards to payment plans, you will not receive a refund and I will put the adopt back up for auction, regardless of amount sent.

I don't care about what u use my design for, feel free to resell, trade or gift a design, just be fair and not illegal.
